Warm Up
- Jog around the circus
- SSH x20
- Imperial walkers x20
- Windmills x20
- Arm Circles – x15 and x15
- Overhand claps – x20
The Thang:
- Partner up, grab one block per pair / run to top of hill next to the upper playground
- Partner 1 runs to bottom and back up / Partner 2 works out , switch up until requisite reps are done . . .
Round 1
- 100 bench press
- 200 BBSUps
- 300 squats
Round 2
- 100 lunges
- 200 skull crushers
- 300 Curls
Technically, no one got to the 300 curls. Next time. . . Return blocks, run to the COT.
MARY:
- 20 merkins
- Flutters until 6:15 (about a minute)
