5 PAX posted to #Legion this morning in the sticky #gloom to tackle the #MonthlyMurph and #GetBetter. They all pushed themselves extremely hard and it was quite noticeable due to the amount of perspiration seen on all the PAX. This weather aint no joke.

Most PAX break these exercises up in to 20 sets of 5 pull-ups, 10 merkins and 15 squats.
Moleskin:
The conditions this morning made this workout an entirely different beast. Sweat was poring from the PAX as bad as YHC had ever seen. The playground at @Legion is located down in somewhat of a valley next to a pond and YHC believes the humidity factor in this area is higher than most other areas. T-Claps to Heist for deciding to take on the Murph this am under 18lb weight vest, also to Corn-Stache, who completed it in 38.5 mins. YHC was the only one dumb enough to tackle it under ruck (~28lbs, but had to ditch the ruck for final mile run). Good work from all PAX.
