Little work with a slight breeze

For Rossinbagger’s Q on Tuesday, the pax could barely breathe through the humidity (plus his workout). The pax today were treated with what felt like a nice fall weather morning…(before the pain of Columbia summer returns in about two days). Work was done by the nine men.

Run to Wofford and Converse-
5 Burpees
10 Hand Release Merkins
15 Jump Squats
20 In and Outs

Run to Park-
Two Laps around the two swing sets. One side Bear Crawl/other side lunges

Chelsea-
7 rounds of 5 Pull-ups, 10 Merkins, and 15 squats (this is when YHC felt a nasty pull in my chest…time for abs and legs here on out)

Plank Hell

Run to Chicora and Wofford.
5 Burpees
15 Jump Squats
20 In and Outs

Run to opposite side of Chicora to bottom of hill.
Jacob’s Ladder, 16-14 Monkey Humpers at bottom, 14-16 step back lunges on top. 3 trips up.

Back to Crayton with two full out sprints along the way.
