11 PAX came out to the Sandlot gloom to get better. Viagra was on the Q and was pumped to challenge his fellow Pax and push himself beyond his own limits.

Partner up. One partner will do variation of a suicide no stations while the other does the suicides with pain stations at each cone:
Round 1:
Partner 1 Suicide: traditional
Partner 2
Cone 1: burpee broad jump back to the start
Cone 2: 50 x decline big boy sit-ups
Cone 3: 30 x lunges each leg onto the curb

Round 2:
Partner 1 Suicide: karaoke
Partner 2
Cone 1: bear crawl to and back from cone
Cone 2: 50 x IC Flutter Kicks
Cone 3: 30 x lunges each leg off of the curb

Cone 3: 10 burpees (HotTub challenged the group and would match any number of burps beyond 10 that a pax would do; not sure what the number was but way to push!)

Viagra was going to end his time of pain with a a little dealer’s choice COP but Binary piped up with a sarcastic remark of doing burpee broad jump suicides to end our time. So to the line we went for five more minutes of pain and getting better with burpee broad jump fun.
Viagra ended the time with one of his favorite verses 2 Corinthians 12:9-10 “And He has said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for power is perfected in weakness.” Most gladly, therefore, I will rather boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may dwell in me. Therefore I am well content with weaknesses, with insults, with distresses, with persecutions, with difficulties, for Christ’s sake; for when I am weak, then I am strong.” Viagra challenged the Pax to pursue their relationship with Christ as their strength.
