Warm up – 3 count x 20 – SSH – Squats – TTT – OHC
Mosey to KG Drive – for 20 Merkins x 20 Squats x 20 LBC’s – right turn and same at each cul-de-sac as we head to the Guardshack and back – 4/10 mile and total of 100 -Merkins, Squats, LBC’s – Gamecock fans given the option of Monkey Humpers vs Squats in the “Clemson cul-de-sac” – PAX now warmed up for the main event.
Back to the Shovel flag – for cinderblock (CB) selection followed by:
Round 1 – 3 count of 15 OHP – 15 Block Squats – 15 Pull Over Press – 20 BBSU, 15 curls and then a parking lot mosey.
Round 2 – Pass The Block Left “PTBL” (distribute the load – some CB’s are #beastblocks) – 3 count of 15 OHP – 15 Block Squats – 15 Pull Over Press – 20 BBSU, 15 curls and parking lot mosey.
Round 3 – “PTBL” #beastblocks – 3 count of 15 OHP – 15 Block Squats – 15 Pull Over Press – 20 BBSU, 15 curls and head to the picnic table for 3 count of Triceps Dips, 20 Squats OYO, and repeat TD x 15.
Round 4 – home stretch – “PTBL” – 3 count of 15 OHP – 15 Block Squats – 15 Pull Over Press – 20 BBSU, 15 curls and DONE!
AM Total – 100 merkins, and with CB’s and the 3 count – 120 OHP, 255 Squats, 180 LBC/BBSU, 120 Pull Over Press, 120 Curls, 60 Tricep Dips.
