YHC led the Woodshed Pax to a meet-up with 3 Legion brothers for our monthly convergence. Everyone had a good time and enjoyed some good fellowship.
Conditions: The conditions could not have been better. 55 and clear.
The Thang:
- Warm-up: Applesauce (aka Indian) Run from the AO to the top of Indian Mound.
The workout:
- Pax ran to the bottom of the hill and did 1 Burpee, and then ran to the top of the hill and did 20 Iron Crosses. This was repeated with 2,3,4 . . 10 Burpees at the bottom and 20,18,16 . . . 2 Iron Crosses at the top.
- At a little after 6am, the Pax broke up and returned to their respective AOs. The Woodshed crew did 20x SSH IC and 20x Squats IC on the way back.
- At the flag, the Pax did 30x flutter kicks IC and then did crunches for about a minute (until 6:15am).
It was a great convergence. Join us next month!
