Apparently, the threat of rain kept a lot of the Brickpile regulars snug in their beds. However, 10 hearty souls braved the treacherous conditions to get in a solid workout.

Conditions – 42 with a slight mist.

Head out around Dreher and circle up for the COP on the side field.

Mosey down Deveraux to the corner of Devereaux/Princeton for around the block suicides.

Devereaux/Princeton – 10 Burpees, sprint to corner of
Princeton/Michigan – 25 BB Situps, sprint back to corner of
Devereaux/Princeton – 10 Burpees, sprint to Princeton/Mich (25 BB’s) and then to corner of
Michigan/Daley – 25 Merkins, Sprint back to Princeton/Mich (25 BB’s) and then back to
Devereaux/Princeton – 10 Burpees, back to Princeton/Mich (25 BB’s), to Mich/Daley (25 Merks), to
Daly/Devereaux (50 squats). Head back to Mich/Daley (25 merks), to Princeton/Mich (25 BB’s), and finish up at
Devereaux/Princeton – 10 Burpees.

Mosey down Princeton and hop the wall. Circle up for one last exercise.
