10 PAX posted for HILL work at RAMBLE. YHC planned on running the entire length of Saluda’s split street 5 times up and 5 times down for a total of 10 times. However it measured .62 miles one way and figuring that was a bit much, how could we cut that in 1/2? Blossom up to Combahee measured .34 miles which was perfect. There it was the perfect amount 3.4 miles with 10 reps.
Conditions: Called for light snow activity according to DB’s weather app. Howerver, there wasn’t a cloud in the sky but it was cold!
The THANG: Right out of SPC and right on Blossom to the bottom of Saluda. Instructions were given to run the hill of Saluda up to Combahee and cool down on the downhill portion. Rinse and Repeat 5 times. Back to the AO.
