13 PAX emerged from the #Fartsack this morning in search of a way to #GetBetter. As YHC knocked off the cobwebs from a holiday weekend filled with excess, while licking wounds from Cesspool’s #Snotwoggler at the Labor Day Convergence on Monday, it was clear that a plan had to be put in place to challenge the #HIMs that abound at one of the toughest AOs in all of F3 Nation. As we gathered with FNGs and extended #Kotters to an old friend, it was an honor to lead these #MinivanCenturions who left it all at on the campus of Hand Middle School this morning as they each chewed up and spit out the #DRP.

- What an honor to lead the men of #Thunder this morning. The hill repeats were as much of a #Crowdpleaser as the #DoubleApplesauce run back to the shovel flag. Pax covered nearly 2 miles and threw in a few burpees along the way, making this morning well worth rebuking the #Fartsack.
- It was just outstanding to have Strudel back at #Thunder this morning. For a guy who claims do not have been exercising, he was looking strong. His return is an important reminder that whether you posted last week, last month, or last year, there remains a place for you in the #Gloom amongst the F3 Brotherhood. Reach out to those Pax who have been missing and remind them that the #Gloom is stronger when they are part of it.
