Hammer improvisation

Even though it might have appeared that YHC was without a plan, trust me, YHC thought way too long about this one. I even had additional stuff planned but we ran out of time. YHC is always intimidated to lead the pax in a workout but its always rewarding. Thanks for showing up.

Conditions: cool enough to start with a long-sleeve layer, but warm enough to shed the layer about 10 minutes into the workout.

Form up for Indian Run towards Ida Lane. At intersesction of Ida Lane and Sylvan, 30 SSH IC, 30 Flutter IC, continue Indian Run back to COT but stop for blocks along the way.

EMOM as follows:
10 burpees in one minute; 15 merkins in one minute; 20 BB situps in one minute. 5 rounds.

Take blocks to softball field. Break into 3 teams – one at home base, one at RF foul pole, one at LF foul pole. At each station, each team does 20 kettle bell swings, 20 overhead press, 20 curls, rotate to next station. 2 laps around the field (or did we only do one lap).

All pax to home plate. Broad jump to first base, bear crawl to second base, lunge walk to third base, Frank Martins to home plate. And then do the bases in reverse, same exercises. YHC started getting a little loopy here.

Put blocks away and back to COT. 30 SSH IC, 30 flutter kicks IC, 15 merkins OYO (as called by McNugget for the last exercise).
