Hammer APFT Round 2

YHC really enjoyed the Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT) earlier in January.  Time for Round 2

Conditions: Perfect for the APFT

The Thang:
Partner up to complete 1st two exercises.
Merkins: Max amount in 2 Minutes. Partner counts. Flip Flop.
BB Sit-Ups: Max amount in 2 Minutes. Partner holds feet and counts. Flip Flop.
Complete 2 mile run for time.
Do various exercises including flutters and a finishing set of merkins while waiting on the 6.
