3 PAX ran for 5 miles around Forest Lake.

The Thang:

Go right out of Trenholm Plaza and turn left onto Lakeshore Dr.

Follow Lakeshore drive and go left onto Eastshore Rd.

Take Eastshore to Rockbridge and take a left.

Take Rockbridge back to Trenholm and head back to AO. Half lap around the parking lot for an even 5 miles.
