-A third lap around Hand with a twist-climbing fence and running down inside lane of track. Stopped at each street to do 10 Merkins and doing 5 flights of stairs after third station. Climbed side fence along Wheat St. Plank while we wait.
Gathered around picnic tables and divided up into teams of three
2 people on ends of picnic table doing shoulder shrugs while third man does LBC on picnic table
Rinse and repeat until everyone has had 2 turns at each position
