7 PAX emerged from the #Fartsack in search of a way to #GetBetter. With conditions perfect in the #Gloom, YHC wanted to explore new territory with the PAX of Swamp Fox. In addition, when YHC got word that Billy Bob was on Q at Hammer, it just seemed like a good idea for an impromptu mini-convergence. It was an honor to lead these #MinivanCenturions who left it all at on the pavement this morning as they each were ready, willing and able to #PushTheRock.

- Honored to lead Pax of Swamp Fox this morning. Given the sub freezing temperatures, the goal was to stay moving as much as possible.
- Great to meet up with Hammer Pax if only for a few minutes. Still shaken by McNugget wearing orange gloves. What a nightmare.
- During 10 Minutes with Hammer Pax, we all threw back 50 Burpees and a solid chuck of ab work.
