7 #faithful gathered in the #gloom for a kickoff to Thanksgiving Week. YHC was on the Q despite not having realized that until late Sunday evening. Something low maintenance was in order so naturally DriveBy’s Loop to the rescue.

Depart SPC heading South on Woodrow. Left on Rosewood. Left on Maple; back to COT. Rinse & Repeat. The pax were encouraged to incorporate their own speed work and most opted to run the straightaways on Woodrow and Maple at a race pace while recovering on Rosewood and Devine. 4 Miles of work.
