F3 DADS / NFL PLAY 60 COMBINE EXPERIENCE
Who: F3 Dads in partnership with NFL Play 60
What: NFL Mini-camp style workout (No sign-up required, just show up)
When: Saturday July 11th, 1-3pm
Where: Panther Stadium Practice Facility
Why: Because every kid age 5 – 55 want to do this!
Additional Information:
Parking: Parking is available in Bank of America Stadium’s Lot #5. Overflow parking will be in the Duke Energy parking deck, which may have a parking fee.
Waiver: Please arrive early as each Dad will need to sign a waiver form before participating.
Workout: There will be 8-10 stations. Kids / dads will rotate through every 8-10 minutes.We could use 25-30 dads to volunteer to help run the stations. Water will be available, but might be a good idea to BYO as well.
Is this something we can bring our kids to, or is it serving kids already enrolled in the program?
This is an exclusive F3 Dads event. It is being held for you and your kids (boys and girls). Any age is welcome, but most appropriate for 5 years and older.
Blackjack – my kids are OOT this weekend but I can volunteer to help run a station. Let me know.
