The Thang

Mosey directly across the field for warm-up.

Okay, YHC is extremely late posting this, and does not remember every exercise. However, here are the highlights:

About 5 moseys around the field during the workout. About 75 LBCs. about 10 pull-ups.

Ladder: 1, 2, 3……10 burpees. 10 seconds rest between each rung of the ladder.

5 pull ups

Mosey some, then: 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 squat ladder, with 10 seconds of rest in between each rung.

5 pull ups

Mosey some.

SSH, 3 count: 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20. 10 seconds of rest in between each rung.

5 pull ups.

Mosey, then 2 minute AMRAP big boy sit-ups.

Mosey over to the brick terraces: 10 decline merkins, 20 squats, 9 merkins, 18 squats, 8 declines, 16 squats.
