In the midst of my frantic preparations for Christmas last week, YHC realized that I had the co-Q at #Battle on Saturday and the Q at #Brickpile on Monday. Nothing quite like Two Q’s in three days, and I would encourage all PAX to give this a try (maybe just once). With the close of 2015 in its sight, the #Mothership and its loyal band of Monday morning PAX did not disappoint as YHC took the PAX on a field trip, but instead of carrying their lunch boxes, the PAX carried a bricks. No better way to punch Monday in the teeth than by working with your F3 brothers to #GetBetter.

- It’s always a pleasure to post at the Brickpile, which is where many of us (including YHC) made our first post at a boot camp. The PAX who post on Monday are loyal and always #PushTheRock.
- Enjoyed taking a little field trip down Devine this morning. Lots of parking lots available for pain stations. One mile mosey with bricks definitely helped YHC in his selfish desire to sneak in some #F3P200 training during this morning’s boot camp. Buzzed by several #Ramble PAX who had no interest in doing brick work this morning.
- Always a pleasure to post with Splinter, who ran to and from the AO this morning. Truly a #LarryBird, but we all know that already.
- Thought that Roscoe was the Mayor of Mondays at #TheBrickpile, but he was nowhere to be seen this morning. Perhaps time to put Roscoe’s picture on a milk carton?
