6 pax gathered Saturday morning and little did they know they would be weathering a storm of gaseous proportions from one very flatulent Jar Jar. As if the workout wasn’t hard enough, the stench burned the nostrils of those around him. Everyone made it out alive–thankfully.
The stench was so bad YHC doesn’t even really remember what we did in the workout. It was tough though- I’m sure. I do remember lots of wall sits, some block work, sprints on the football field and lots of flutters and side straddle hops. By the way, Fallout cannot keep cadence during a workout. Just FYI.
