  • It was a great morning at the ‘pile.  YHC was fortunate enough to get the call to the bullpen from Chaser.  Having taken some time off from bootcamps to prepare for the Palmetto 200 it was clear this was the pressure YHC needed to return to the #gloom.
  • Where’s the #mumblechatter?  The crew was a little quiet this morning.  Hopefully that was the exception and not the norm.

  • The Good Friday Cross Ruck will launch from #Brickpile Friday AM at 5:15.  Ruck NOT required.  Show up, enjoy a neighborhood tour with some stops for reflection and pain stations.
