13 PAX posted this morning at #Sandlot!  Was glad to see Seacrest (FNG from Tuesday’s workout) Post this morning and to know that that brutal workout didn’t scare him away!  T-Claps!  Keep posting. 13 PAX stood in the mist of the gloom, ready to go and take on another great workout.  It was bound to be a good one with YHC at the Q, and ready for it!  With all the PAX stepping up to sign up to Q, YHC has had a lot of time off, to think of a good one!  Thanks for all the participation and leadership, to make Sandlot great!

The Thang:

Jog through the parking lot, to the back parking lot by the tennis courts

SSH x 15 IC

Imperial Walkers x 15 IC

Merkins x 15 IC

Line up at end of parking lot. 

Round 1:

SSH Burpees (every 5 SSH do 2 burpees) x 25 (4 count)

Sprint to opposite end of parking lot

SSH Burpees (every 5 SSH do 2 burpees) x 25 (4 count)

Sprint Back to starting point

Round 2:

Mountain Climber Merkins (every 5 Mtn. Climbers do 2 Merkins) x 20 (4 count)

Sprint to opposite end of parking lot

Mountain Climber Merkins (every 5 Mtn. Climbers do 2 Merkins) x 20 (4 count)

Sprint back to starting point

Round 3:

Imperial Squat Walkers x 15 IC

Sprint to opposite end of parking lot

Mosey across parking lot, over to behind the bathrooms to grab cinder blocks

All exercises are done with cinder block

Round 1:

Curls x 25

Triceps Ext x 25

Overhead Press x 25

Sprint to 2nd Light Pole and back (approx. 40 yards)

AMRAP for 6 min.

Round 2:

Squat Thrusters x 10

Block Swings x 10

Block Jumps x 10

Sprint to 2nd light pole and back

AMRAP for 6 min.

Round 3:

Chest Press x 50

Big Boys x 10

Bent Over Rows x 25

Sprint to 2nd light pole and back

AMRAP for 6 min.

Put blocks up and jog back to Flag and plank until all PAX are present

Great work by all PAX this morning!  It was awesome to see 13 PAX.  This has been a great week for #Sandlot.  25 PAX posted this week b/w Tuesday and Thursday!  It would be great to see this many post consistently, especially throughout the winter months. Lets all continue to reach out to those F3 brothers we haven’t seen in a while.  I know we are all super busy in our jobs, and home life, but lets all make a genuine effort to reach out to those who haven’t posted in a while.

Announcements:

Lets not forget about the 1st North East convergence this weekend on the 26th of September.  Regular start time 0630hrs. Location will be #Sandlot.  Lets represent #Sandlot well and have maximum participation at this event. Senator and Temple Boy have the Q for this event.  It’s sure to be a lot of fun and a great workout.  These events are not only all about 1st F, but also a lot about 2nd F.  So make time for it!
