3 PAX had some fun with stairs, burpees, and crushing of souls with a Monday afternoon workout brought to you by YHC.
Mosey from start towards Bull Street, mixing some side straddle hops and windmills to warm up the body. It is important that the body be primed for this upcoming workout.

There are three sets of stairs on the Bull St. garage. The gang became familiar with all of them. Mosey to the top of Bull St.

Go down by one (29-19-9) starting with the burpees and working your way back up the hill. After each round, decrease by one.
