8 Stumble PAX ditched the sack on MLK Day to get better. As AOQ, YHC has noted the PAX tendency to come out of the gates hot nearly every day. The goal today was to focus on being more disciplined in our pace with negative splits in mind.
The Conditions: 34 degrees and clear
The Thang: an oldie but goodie–the Chimney Hill Out n Back
From AO, R Olde Knight, R Galway, R Saye Cut, L Old Woodlands, L Hampton Trace, R Chimney Hill to the end, turn around and come back for a total of 3.9 miles
Moleskin:
PAX crushed the run today (Wingback to the CR by over a minute) but most failed to execute YHC’s instructions. Translated: this will happen again.
Stumble’s coffeeteria game is improving. Nice work fellas. #2ndF
