5 men posted to #Legion Thursday and got introduced to an all-different #Beast. The #BurpeeBeast had a bit of a different format as compared to a normal #Beast. The burpee beast had only four stops instead of 6, the distances between the stops were longer, and every stop consisted of 6 reps of different variations of burpees. And ONLY burpees. It was rough. Here’s how it went down.
Mosey to corner of Landon and Woodlawn Ave.
COP:
5 rds of 5 SSH IC with 2 burpees
20 Imperial Walkers IC
20 Overhead Claps IC
10 Slow-Mo Merkins IC
5 rds of SSH IC with 2 burpees
Mosey to down Woodlawn take a Left and down to end of Morrison.
The Thang:
#Burpee Beast
Start at corner of Brandon Ave and Morrison. Run up hill to first stop sign (Munsen Springs Dr), 6 burpees, run to stop sign at Woodlawn, 6 burpees, run back to Munsen Springs stop sign, 6 burpees, run to Brandon Ave, 6 burpees. After every trip, hold plank for the six. And next trip consisted of a different burpee variation. As follows:
- 1st Trip- Regular Burpees
- 2nd- Dead Man Burpees (Arms straight out to your side at bottom of burpee)
- 3rd- Plank Jack Burpees
- 4th- Mtn Climber Burpees (5 mtn climbers at bottom of EVERY burpee)
- 5th- Clap Merkin Burpees #Crowdpleaser
- 6th- One Legged Burpees
Mosey up to Munsen Springs.
25 Flutter Kicks IC
Mosey to Concrete Bleachers.

- 25 Reverse Crunches OYO (Sitting on bleachers, throw your legs out and back in, keeping them side-by-side)
- 25 Flutter Kicks IC
- 25 Heel Taps OYO (LBC while tapping your heels on ground) Thanks Hee-Haw.
