Valentines Q
It was a #WelcomeBackKotter to Binary at the Q realm as he had been absent on the calendar list but time was well worth it as there was going to be a gasser for the 6 Pax that arrived. Today being Valentine’s Day I wanted to make sure the Pax were able to be in the best shape possible for their sweethearts. Let’s get to work.

4 rounds – All numbers combined partners but each had minimum number to do
25 pull-ups combined (10 min. each)

Alternate between planks jacks and mtn climbers 5 IC until all are done.
Winners: 25 burpees (Much to the delight of Kamikaze who was Binary’s partner)

Binary had hopes for getting in more ab work with Captain Thor but we ran out of time. Either way the guys were gassed and were shedding layers. Great push and work by all the pax for today.

Moleskin: 1 Cor 9:19-27 – In this passage speaks to the Corinthians about how he extended himself a slave to all men in order that he might win some to the Gospel. I challenged the pax to reflect on this truth of how we might extend ourselves to those who may not be alike in order that they can hear and see the Gospel. Additionally, Paul spoke of how he buffeted his body in such a way as an athlete in order he could share the Gospel. I guilty of this and challenged the pax to think if they are more willing to work their body out more than their faith. Though health and strength are good things, they are not sharing the Gospel of Jesus. We should prepare ourselves to be effective in living out our faith.
