8 men, only 8…#comeonman that is so weak…, appeared in the gloom this morning at Brickpile for YHC’s Q. It was not cold, well it was a little cold, but if you’re cold 2 minutes into a workout the Q isn’t doing his job…AND I ALWAYS DO MY DAMN JOB.
