#Brickpile “loves” #The300Workout…or was it 296?

8 men, only 8…#comeonman that is so weak…, appeared in the gloom this morning at Brickpile for YHC’s Q. It was not cold, well it was a little cold, but if you’re cold 2 minutes into a workout the Q isn’t doing his job…AND I ALWAYS DO MY DAMN JOB.

Conditions: 36, clear, dry.

I friggin forgot these…I knew I was forgetting something…todaye we did #The296Workout…was supposed to do 4ct Merkin x 2 (Merkins 297, 298, 299 and 300) at the very end. Do them now somewhere. Seriously. I just did mine in my office.
