8 Pax arrived at Sandlot for a clear and crisp morning gloom. Binary was back on the Q and planned a workout that was sure to help the Pax to #getbetter and #bebetter. The goal of today was to build on Hatter’s workout from Tuesday and get some good burn on the legs and arms. With that in mind, we set out across the AO.

Moleskin – Binary shared John 3:21 which says, “Let whoever lives by the truth come in to the Light, so that it may be seen plainly that what he has done has been done through God.” He challenged them to think of how the actions they take are representing God and the importance of being men of character that reflect Christ.
