Nice brisk morning at BrickPile so we needed to get moving fast. 11 showed up and powered through this like it was 60 degrees with no humidity…good job by all.

Mosey to top of Adger/ Berkley hills for instruction.
At top of Hills do only two exercises at a time. Alternate between hills for a “break” up and down Adger; down and backward run (#crowdpleaser) up Berkley
