Mosey to Daly/Kline for instruction. Making a big rectangle of the two blocks (down Kline from Daly to Maiden; circle back on Murray to Daly) stop at each intersection and do the following…Plank after Merkins waiting on the 6 before moving to next station. Total of 6 stops…
20 Squats
20 Flutters
20 Merkins…..X6….
Since we were so close and after much grumbling we headed to Butler Hill….best line “we could have gone a different way”….
At the top of the hill instructions were given. I honestly had this planned out but there were catcalls of showing off for our leader. At the bottom 5 burpees; middle 20 squats; 20 flutters; top 20 merkins.
When we went down the hill the air stopped moving. I don’t mean it stopped a little it was freaky and hot as all get out…so we did this once…the relief was palpable…
Mosey back to Iron Cross/ Decline Merkin spot (corner of Daly/Bratton) and do 20 of each
Mosey to Daly/ Princeton headed back toward BrickPile down Princeton for 4 pain stops
