After a late night substitution YHC had to come up with something at 5:15 this AM so we went running around the neighborhood with some excellent mumble chatter/news updates of the previous day.

10 Merkins
25 Flutters
20 Squats
Indian Run to top of Heatherwood Hill
Down Hill 5 Burpees back to top 10 Merkins; Squats; Monkey Humpers
Down Hill 5 Burpees stay at bottom. Partner up first partner run triangle island second partner do 10 Merkins; Squats; Monkey Humpers. Do this 3 times each.
Back to top of Hill for same repeat
Indian Run toward Heathwood Circle. Stop at first sign for 20 IC/ 20 Decline
Stop 5 more times around circle for 10 Russian Twist/ 10 Chaser LBC/ 10 Freddie
Finish at Hollywood Squares for last set.
Then 25 Flutters
Finish with 2 sets of 10 Incline/ Dips/ Decline…..done
