- The point of the #SimpleQ is to minimize the requisite thinking allowing the Q and the pax to just enjoy the morning. Lots of #Mumblechatter once Mission graced us with his presence. A good beatdown doesn’t have to be complicated and often allows for other perks. In this case, 90% of the morning was wrapped around four basic exercises and a burpee ladder.
