In the midst of the flood and all of the recovery work, 14 Pax decided to start the day off right with a good workout. For a lot of us, it has been a week since we last worked out and you could definitely feel it. However it was good, to get out and relieve some stress.

1 Merkin and 4 Arm Presses up to 10 Merkins and 40 Arm presses.
Recover and run to the bottom of Adger Hill. (plank while waiting)
5 Burpees at the bottom of Adger
25 Merkins at the top
40 LBC’s at the bottom of Berkeley. (plank while waiting)
Reverse it back.

Mosey down Adger to the bottom of Heatherwood Hill
5 Burpees at the bottom
25 Merkins and 25 Squats at the top.
Return to the bottom of the hill and plank.
5 Burpees at the bottom
20 Merkins at the top.
Mosey down Heatherwood back to Adger.
25 – Flutters IC
Mosey to the corner of Princeton and Devereaux
Lunge Walk half way down Princeton and then sprint to the wall.
Circle up for 2 mins of planking exercises.
Jump the wall and head to COT.
