17 guys posted to the pine-straw laden gloom at the Hammer this AM.
With a captive audience, I moved the guys to the basketball court with the blocks for 40 minutes of work consisting of:
- Thrusters
- Curls
- BB Situps
- Squats
Punctuated with:
- Block jump burpees
- Planking
During the time on the court we discussed accountability: The submission to a standard through enforcement of consequences. Some of the guys shared the standards they lived by and how they rely on other guys (not their wives) to hold them to certain specific measurable standards.
