Grab a Block and Circle up at the TOL.
Curls x 20 IC
Monkey Humpers x 20
Big Boys x 25
Overhead Press x 20 IC
Russian Twist x 20 One Side
LBC’s x 25
Squat with Block x 20 IC
Incline Merkins x 10
Decline Merkins x 10
Flutter Kick with Block over head x 25 IC
V-Up’s x 20
Big Boy x 25
Lift Block from Behind head to over head x 20
Bench Press x 20 IC
Monkey Humpers x 20
Leave Blocks and run to corner of Clemson and Converse
Burpee Ladder starting with 6 at the bottom of the hill, 5 at the top, 4 at the bottom, etc..
Run Back to Blocks and Complete the above circuit again.
The Pax each went back and grabbed one additional block and relocated it to our new locations.
With 1:45 left on the clock Venti called for a round of Plankorama – Regular, left arm up, right arm up, high plank and low plank (crowd pleaser).
