Block Party at #Swampfox

Recently, the Q’s have taken us off campus for some hill/running (assuming for Mud Run 2016 training). YHC decided it was time to slow it down and lift some coupons (cinder blocks) on the basketball court at Crayton. Luckily, all blocks survived the workout with no pax spiking the block at the completion of the workout.

Conditions- Say 45 and pleasant
The Thang-
Warmup- LB Arm Circles in honor of Sheets- 10X IC
SSH 10X IC
Burpees- 10 OYO- run to the football field to grab the cinder blocks.

Off to the Tennis Court
Merkins with right hand on block- 12X IC
BB Situps with block- 25 OYO
Merkins with L Hand on Block- 12X IC
BB Situps with Block 20 OYO
Merkins with both hands on block- 10X IC
BB Situps with Block 20 OYO

LB Arm circles- 10X IC
Curl Press- 25 OYO
Goblin Squats- 15X IC

Rinse and Repeat

To the tennis court-
Ski Hop 45 seconds
Bearcrawl length of two tennis courts.

Rinse and repeat 3 more times
SSH 50X IC

Back to BB court with blocks
Block Merkins- 10X IC
BB Situps- 20 OYO
Block Merkins 10X IC
Flutter Kicks with feet over blocks- 30X IC
Curl Press- 25 OYO
Goblin Squats- 15X IC

Partner up on edge of bb court.
One partner farmer’s carry the two blocks to the end of the court
Other partner AMRAP Burpees- (about 8-10)

Rinse and Repeat two more times

SSH 30X IC

Put up blocks- Flutter Kicks 30X IC

COT and BOM led by Polo
Annoucements- Only Thanksgiving workouts are Brickpile- 600 AM and 700 AM- double down if you can.
