YHC rolled out of the Fart Sack for a B-day Q the day after turning 40. YHC’s birthday happened to also fall on Mother’s Day, so it took a big back seat. Most of the pax were clearly worn out from all the Mother’s Day celebrations because only Teddy posted with YHC.
Conditions: much warmer and muggier than it has been
The Thang: After a brief disclaimer, we mosied for a warm up lap around the circus. Followed by COP: SSH, IW’s, Butt Kicks, High Knees, Squats & Merkins. All x 20 OYO. Followed by KB Revolutions: Halos, Slingshots, Around The World, Fig. 8’s, HunchBacks. All OYO x 10 both directions.
Then we did 1 set of 20 of the following exercises in groups of 3:
Curls for the Girls, Triceps Exts, Squats
KB Squats, Waiter Press, Bent Over Rows
Bell merkins, Double Arm Swings, BBSU’s
Chest Press, Overhead Exts., Leg Lifts
Alt Single Arm Swings, Single Leg Deadlift, Russ. Twists
