After a few discussions about F3 with my weekday workout partner Fallout YHC decided he would make the long track to Dawnstrike for a Country Come to Town BC. Plus it was a good time to heckle Betamax and the other @f3Columbia men that I know and love.
Conditions: Surprisingly dry and cool

Mosey to block pile: Grab a block and a partner
Pax 1 Carries their block across the field and back while Pax 2 completes 50 Burpees over the block, 100 Curls for the girls, and 200 Overhead press. Pax flipflop until all reps are completed
Pax 1 farmers carries both blocks while pax 2 completes 50 merkins, 100 monkey humpers, and 200 BBSU
Pax 1 sprints while Pax 2 complets 100 Block Squats, 200 dips, and 300 LBCs
Return Blocks and mosey to start point.
