BATTLE Dealer’s Choice Style

Both of the originally scheduled Q’s were unable to make their Q, so it was on Dealer’s Choice style.  This usually doesn’t end well and it held true Saturday.  Quit complaining and get to work.  7 PAX posted and they aren’t your everyday run of the mill PAX.  These are BATTLE vets that don’t know how to throttle back.

Conditions:  BATTLE

YHC lead off and ran for the bricks.  Grab 2 bricks and run to the intersection of the back road and tennis courts.

Warm up:  20 SSH IC ok that’s enough.

10 Curls

10 Military Press

10 Merkins

10 BBS

10 Squats

Drop the bricks and run to the other end of the parking lot and back.  Plank for the 6.  Each PAX had roughly 8 minutes a piece and the order was determined while planking.  Next up:  Billy BOB

Run the bricks back to the entrance of the football field and drop them.  Run to the courtyard.

Inverted rows without fingers (10-5)

Dips on the wooden benches (5-10)

2 Burpees near the steps back to the Inverted rows.

Inverted plank on the planters until the 6 is done.  Next up:  HAWG

Run to the BATTLE Loop.  Each PAX is responsible for

10 Pull ups

20 Burpees

30 LBC’s

1 Lap around the BATTLE Loop  Next up:  Rhonda

This was ridiculous.  On the BATTLE pad, instructions are given to circle up for upper body hell!  It was.  Merkin – O- RAMA.

Wide Arm, Regular, Diamond, Regular, Wide Arm until you’ve done 6 wide arm.

10 Hand Staggered merkins each side.

10 Shoulder taps each side.

10 hip taps each side.

Line up on the edge of the pad with one shoulder pointing to the wall of the ROTC building.  Plank walk to the wall and perform a Merkin each time you are in a Merkin ready position.  Walk back the edge of the pad and face the opposite way.  Repeat the exercise.  Suckfest was HIGH!!!!!  Next up:  Eldrick

Run to the football field.

100 yard sprint – Flutter Kicks IC

100 yard sprint – low plank (1 minute)

100 yard sprint – boat/canoe

100 yard sprint – American hammer

Next up: VENTI

Run back to where the bricks were dropped.  Pick them up and post near the tennis courts.

Split up into a 4 some and 3 some.  4 some runs up the hill to the school, touches the wall, and returns.  3 some did AMRAP Curls.  Flapjack.

50 LBC’s with the bricks.  No one did Chaser LBC’s in protest.
