YHC made his highly anticipated return to Hammer after some time off for paternity leave. 16 PAX made their way out of the fartsack to join the fun. Everyone that came for some hills and running left disappointed, YHC was overdue for an old-fashioned full body beatdown.
Conditions: 40 degrees and clear
Warmup- 20 SSH IC
Grab the blocks and head to the baseball field and line up along the foul line. 10 overhead press, 10 curls, 10 block merkins, 10 squats, run to the outfield fence, 10 burpees then run back. Rinse and repeat for a solid 15 minutes.
Next, the PAX split up into 4 groups of 4, spread out at home plate, right, center and left field. Exercises were completed at each station. 7 burpees, 14 merkins, 21 squats, 28 LBC.
With the time left, we moseyed to the playground for 2 rounds of 10 pull-ups, 10 box jumps and 10 iron crosses. Retrieve and stash the blocks, and the PAX were back at the flag with 15 seconds to spare.
