A new high 12 pax ventured into the humid gloom for 4 miles through the #Lakes.

-The group naturally split up with Sub Prime, a spunky Stent and new #Ambler Twoadays out front running about a 7:45 pace followed by a less than spunky Splinter and Chaser (weighed down by 3 beers and a 9pm cheeseburger) at a 7:57 pace. Next came Noodle (who valiantly hung with the front groups for half the run), Fountainhead, Cajun, Constanza, Robber, Traveler and Kim Jung.

-New bootcamp workout starting next Tuesday at Crayton Middle School at 5:45am. Come check it out. It iwll be Tuesday/Thursday with the Saturday workout at Dreher as always. Same song, just a different location from the Dreher workout. We’re just dividing it up to bring our numbers back to a more manageble level. There’s things you can do with 20 that you can’t do, or can’t do as well, with 40. Great job on the growth gentlemen.
