-Strong paces by all pax today. We will continue to do a timed monthly 5k as a way to keep pushing ourselves to benchmark our progress.
-YHC wants to give T-Claps to all #amble pax. We have have at least 8-10 pax at almost every workout for the last couple of months. Strong numbers and solid consistency from the pax. Let’s keep it up and keep pushing each other to #getbetter.

-Looks like Egg’s Up Grill is a hit as the new regular meeting spot for #coffeeteria.
