13 PAX at SCORE this morning. What a great crowd for SCORE this morning. Great job by the entire group. It was not a easy workout but I hope it pushed the Pax to get a little bit better this morning.

I was veryhonored to lead this bunch of men this morning. Hope you got all you wanted.

The Thang

Mosey over to the back football field. Number off into 3 groups, line up in your group by the goal posts.  Explained what we team will be doing this morning. Each team will do the four exercises per station then move to the next station. They will try to complete as many rounds as possible in 45 minutes.

Station 1 – All exercises w/ Blocks

Great work by everyone this morning.  This was tough but fun and everyone really pushed themselves hard.


1. 08/29/15  Woodshed Convergence: All Workouts will be at there regular time but at the Woodshed.  No workouts at The Brickpile this Saturday.

2.  09/19/15 Hurricane Hike – Can sign up via the PreBlast which was posted on 8/05/15. Cost is $10.00, Can up until 09/18/15.  Let get a big group for this.  It was a ton of fun last year!!
