Pair up for Indian Run to lower playground for partner exercises (3 rounds):
Partner 1 does 5 x chin up and hang for 5 count; partner 2 does LBCs until Partner 1 returns – switch
Partner 1 does 5 x chin up and hang for 5 count; partner 2 does flutter kicks until Partner 1 returns – switch
Partner 1 does 5 x chin up and hang for 5 count; partner 2 does Teddy Rolls until Partner 1 returns – switch
Mosey to upper field – circle up:
10 x Squat Jumps; 10 x Plyo Switches (double count); 10 x Jump Lunges (in place, double count)
Mosey to Cage and each pax took 1 block for partner exercises (3 rounds)
Partner 1 does 5 x Plyo Burpees on the blocks; partner 2 does LBCs until Partner 1 finishes – switch
Partner 1 does 5 x Plyo Burpees on the blocks; partner 2 does flutter kicks until Partner 1 finishes – switch

10 x box jumps on the picnic tables (extra credit to those who jumped to the table top)
Mosey to basketball court for Plyo Suicides x 2 ( run the suicide, stopping at every line to hop out, back, left and right)
