Hopefully Heist got his moneys worth today. The old man wondered whether YHC was “even capable of putting together a really tough workout?” According to Bookworm, “that really sucked”, a fine compliment if there ever was one!

Conditions at Legion: The Gloom was thick!

C.O.P outside AO entrance for:

3 SSH/2 Burpees. 5 rounds

3 MCs/2 Burpees. 5 rounds

5 Burpees.

Sprint to corner counter clockwise around AO; plank for 6.

15 Merkins, 10 Tuck Jumps, 20 Russian Twists.

Rinse and repeat at next 2 corners. We’ve covered about 3/4 of a mile already.

Each PAX get 2 cinder blocks.

Start at Crabby Corner.

25 Incline Merkins on block, 25 Dips between blocks, 25 Overhead Press with 1 block. Travel clockwise around AO to the next corner; Curls for Girls for 6.

Rinse and repeat at next 3 corners.

Return the blocks.

Mosey to Tennis Court for Arkicides.

Starting at fence to outside line, to mid court line, to far outside line, to far fence:

Bear Crawl, Crab Walk, Frog Jump.

Finish the initial corner exercise sequence starting at Crabby Corner:

Sprint to corner counter clockwise around AO; plank for 6.

15 Merkins, 10 Tuck Jumps, 20 Russian Twists. Sprint to corner counter clockwise around AO; plank for 6. Rinse and Repeat, then back to AO.
