6 padawans gathered at Dreher High School for a MudRun-avoiding bit o’ Jedi training. Wienke heavily borrowed from recent browbeating by Floppy Disc at SwampFox but adapted for circumstances like all good Force-users are able. We were supposed to disclaim and get pumped up by some John Williams score, but #devicefail. So… as always, I’m an idiot, and my memory fails so this is probably out order.

Double line. Time to race the X-Wings vs TIE fighters. Now, from all my readings, TIE fighters are faster than X-Wings. Well, it took about 20 seconds of Double Indian Run through the Canyon to determine that fallacy. I think I saw some Tuskan Raiders picking off Betamax at various times. I also thought that Jedi trainees never questioned their Masters. So much for that. #grumblechatter. Eventually we switched to a single line Indian Run for the rest of the 1.2ish miles to Heathwood Park and back. Numerous pain stations at intersections, with LBAC’s, Carolina DryDocks, LBC’s, flutterkicks, Burpees, ISW’s, Monkey Humpers, and some other stuff.

At Heathwood, lets work on our force choking ability with some burpups (3 burpees followed by 3 pullups, rinse and repeat x 3-4 sets. Mosey to veranda and take up some peoples chair to catch our breath. Break into two groups. Group 1 lungewalks to corner and back while group 2 does Inverted Pushups like Luke on Dagobah AMRAP until group 1 arrives back.

Hollywood Squares with Derkins, Boxjumps. Mosey to pen. Monkeyhumpers somewhere. Grab a block. Cusack to bleachers.

Time to work on those Lightsaber skills, so Crazy 7 curls followed by Bulgarian Split Squats, Flutter with block overhead, rinse and repeat. Mosey to logs.

Grab a log with partner. Mosey around a bit changing shoulders. #crowdpleaser. Drop the log. Mosey towards field.

Run to wall, do 10 BBSU, run back and do 5 burpees. Mosey to Squares. Do 10 Derkins.
