Adger Hill – Modified to 7’s due to time – Burpees at the bottom/Flutters at the top. (28 reps plus 7 hill runs) Another Crowd Pleaser.
Mosey back toward AO with stops at Deveraux and Cassina for Squats and IW
Back at AO to finish up with Ripcord back and leg stretches – Much needed
