The Ditty:
Each PAX grabs two brinks. Indian run to the speed bump and do 5 burpees. Cruise on over to Davant in an Indian Run and do the following with bricks.
11 overhead clamps
11 raise the roofs
11 merkins
Head up Davant with bricks and do 5 burpees at the speed bump. Continue to the end of Davant and do the following:
11 squats with bricks
11 lunge walk (each leg) with bricks
11 monkey humpers
Head back down Davant and do 5 burpees at the speed bump. Continue to the end of Davant and do the following:
11 overhead claps
11 overhead presses
11 LBAF
11 LBAB
11 Merkins
Put the bricks down and head back up Davant stopping at the speed bump for 5 burpees. Head to the top of Davant and do the following:
11 BBSU
11 LBC
11 Ray Charles
11 American Hammers
Head back down Davant stopping at the speed bump for 5 burpees.
Head back to the COT with bricks in hand while doing an Indian Run. Quick stop at Castle Hall for 11 Iron Crosses. Continued back to the COT and finished up with 22 more bupees.
