Mosey back across street to middle of parking lot between 2 middle light poles.
Start with 10 burpees at first pole. Run to 2nd and do 9. Run back to 1st and do 8—keep going down to 1 burpee
Mosey to light pole in far corner- This station will run the perimeter of parking lot stopping at all light poles (6 in total)
First set:
25 squats, run to next pole do 25 SSH, run to next pole and do 25 squats—continue alternating through all 6 poles.
Second Set
Alternate between 15 Carolina Dry docks and 10 Merkins all the way around.
