3 Pax posted at Blitz to work hard and fast so as to improve and get better.  This is a great workout area and a fun and different way to get in your work!  Who doesn’t love an extra 15 minutes in the old fart sack? Thanks for the invite to Q Cornstache– Keep me on the list!

Mosey across street to the park.  Gather round for next station

10 decline merkins OYO

10 incline merkins OYO

10 Step ups with Knee Kicks OYO

Mosey back across street to middle of parking lot between 2 middle light poles.

Start with 10 burpees at first pole.  Run to 2nd and do 9.  Run back to 1st and do 8—keep going down to 1 burpee

 

Mosey to light pole in far corner-  This station will run the perimeter of parking lot stopping at all light poles (6 in total)

First set:

25 squats, run to next pole do 25 SSH, run to next pole and do 25 squats—continue alternating through all 6 poles.

Second Set

Alternate between 15 Carolina Dry docks and 10 Merkins all the way around.

FINISH
