Keep it Moving at Blitz

4 PAX at Blitz this chilly morning.  The goal was to get warm quick and stay warm until we were done.  Blitz is a really cool workout for 30 minutes of intense non-stop moving.  If you have not tried it you need to give it a shot.

The Thang

15 to 1 – Will do all exercises 15 Reps then reduce by 1 until you get to 1 Rep per exercise.

1. Burpee

2. Big Boy Sit-up

3. Merkin

4. Jump Squat

5. Dips over at the steel cage

6. Single Leg Dead Lift  (Hands down the PAXs Favorite Exercise)

7. Bench Press with Rocks

8. Calf Raises

9. Shoulder Press with Rocks

10. Hip Thruster

11. Squat

Repeat 15 reps of each reduce by 1 until you get to 1.


Small but committed group this morning.  It was a pleasure to lead this group of professionals this morning.  I was very impressed with Constanza kicking butt on the number of rounds, had to be in the single digits.  Huffy was the man doing all these exercises/reps with a 30lb Ruck.
