The Thang: we took 2 laps around the circus to warm up, then commenced with KB Revolutions 10 each way for Halos, SlingShots, Around the World, Figure 8’s and HunchBacks all OYO. Then we got down to business, all OYO
Set 1- Curls for the Girls x 20, triceps Exts. x 20, squats x 20 and BBSU’s x 20
Set 2- Soccer Touches x 100, KB Leg Lifts x 10 (each leg), Squat Thrusters x 10, CalfRaises x 40
Set 3- Overhead Exts x 20, LBC’s x 20, Russian Twists x 20
Set 4- Waiter Press x 15 (each arm), Double Arm Swings x 15, Alt. Single Arm Swings x 30, Side Swings x 30
Set 5- KB Pull-ups x 5, Bell Merkins x 5 (each arm), KB Pull-ups x 5, Decline Bell Merkins x 5 (each arm), KB Pull-ups x 5, Incline Bell Merkins x 5 (each arm).
